Santiago Racca is a Paraguayan AI engineer and entrepreneur. He is currently the founder of The Agency, an AI-first marketing consulting agency, and Managing Partner at Penguin Digital. Santi's first startup, Morfit, aims to simplify nutrition by leveraging technology to make healthy eating more accessible and understandable. Santi's diverse interests and experiences range from nutrition and fitness to martial arts, software engineering, and cattle farming, providing him with a broad perspective on life. He is particularly passionate about applying the Pareto principle across various domains, emphasizing the importance of focusing on the few factors that yield the majority of results, especially in nutrition.  Currently based out of Berkeley, he continues to explore and contribute to the fields of AI, entrepreneurship, and health, driven by a philosophy of balance, flexibility, and continuous growth.
